Requirements:
Open for Foreign National who is fluent in Bahasa Indonesian
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesian
Background in BPO or customer support environment is a plus
Preferably residing in Cebu City
Willing to work in Cebu City
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls from Indonesian clients
Handle customer complaints and set proper expectations to customers
Following client processes and procedures like processing information, orders, requests, or comments
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Establishes and develops relationships with client personnel, client partners and co-workers
