Job Description This position performs the role of Support Technician under the lead of the Badging and Site Access Support Coordinator. This requires comprehensive knowledge in project documentation, project procedures, and relevant company policies and procedures. . Working in conjunction with the Human Resources Manager and the Badging and Site Access Lead, this position supports the administration of the company's pre-employment badging/security functions and onboarding process. . This position supports the process of badging and onboarding as required for accomplishing the completion of projects. . Assistant in the development, execute and monitor project badging and onboarding policies and procedures to safeguard property, equipment, security information, intellectual property, and personnel . Ensure adequate support of effective access controls. . Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines . Assist in the planning and coordination of major project activities, including support of task force objectives and/or project milestones . Ensure that project correspondence and project documentation are handled according to a prescribed format . Assist in writing, editing, and updating the Project Procedure Manual and Job Bulletins . Other duties as assigned Basic Job Requirements . A combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements . Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors . Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job . Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Preferred Qualifications . Proficient in use of Fluor specialized software programs . Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal . Superior organizational skills, judgment, flexibility . Excellent leadership skills . Typically requires ten (10) years of project related experience . Demonstrate proficiency on company standard personal computer equipment and software with the ability to train others . Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent plus seven (7) years relative experience . Prior DOE and/or contingency operations experience preferred .
