Responsibilities:
General administrative duties - no calls!
Make sure all reports and deliverables are submitted according to the client's timeframe
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Must have completed at least 2 years of college education
Background in Accounting, Finance or equivalent is required
Good English communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong administrative skills - Accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role.
Data entry/back office experience is preferred but not required
Backoffice experience in a healthcare account an advantage
Ability to work with computers and different software packages
Ability to enter in large amounts of data into systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
Exceptional attention to detail
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Willing to start ASAP
Willing to work full-time night shift
