BACKHOE OPERATOR
Location: Lapu-Lapu City
Key Responsibilities:
Operate backhoe equipment for digging, lifting, and moving materials on construction sites.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the backhoe to ensure it is in good working condition.
Work collaboratively with other team members, including foremen and laborers, to complete projects on time.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project status and any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
Assist with site preparation and cleanup as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or training is a plus.
NC 2 Certificate (required)
At least 2 years' experience
Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulations.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
