Must have the agility to control the backhoe and bucket to get the job done in a safe and timely manner.
Must be able to manage his time very well
Can establish priorities for use of resources to create maximum impact on the project, achieve the desired result maximizing the resources available.
Encourage workplace safety & environmental practices improvement.
Must have atleast 5yrs experience for the same position.
