The Responsibilities:
Suitable candidate will play a major role in develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. The person will be assisting in enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. He/she will manage human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. He/she will analyse training needs in conjunction with training managers; planning and delivering training. Hence, persons who are excellent communicator, goal achiever, proactive and responsive to change are an advantage and preferred.
The Role:
Candidate MUST possess a Bachelor Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or related areas. Possess amicable, enthusiastic, and lively personality. Act with principle, get planned and think logically while working with people. Possess broad interest and experience in delivering company social activities. Have worked in companies with more than 500 employees. Possess not less than 2 years human resource or related working experience. Excellent leadership skill and goal oriented.
