BACKEND DEVELOPER
Job Responsibilities
Add new features, improve, and debug existing APIs
Collaborate with frontend team members to implement new features and resolve issues
Design and manage database structures
Coordinate and communicate with Japan-based staff (including participating in online meetings)
Test your own code and review team members' code
Suggest solutions and ideas that can improve development processes
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
Should have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in backend development using Javascript, ExpressJS and Mongoldb
Proficient in using Git
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Willing to work collaboratively within a team
Willing to be trained and learn new technologies
Able to communicate clearly and respectfully
Having an existing portfolio is a plus
