Do you have at least 2 years of of administration experience, preferably in Business-to-Business (B2B) type of sales support using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, CloudSense, etc? We are looking for a B2B SALES OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR (NON-VOICE) for our PASIG CITY site!

TO QUALIFY:
• MUST HAVE at least 2 years of administration experience, preferably in Business-to-Business (B2B) type of sales support using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, CloudSense, etc.)
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ IS A BIG PLUS
• Willing to work in ORTIGAS, PASIG
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support all aspects of the deal flow through the account systems to maximize effectiveness and reduce the administrative burden on the sales representatives
• Develop process improvements for sales support and identify opportunities for efficiency with the Sales Operations team
• Assist with sales and administrative duties for sales representatives and RVPs
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, opportunities) involved in the sales process
• Work with cross functional teams to support sales order processing requirements and quote support
• Maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status.
• Assist in providing additional training as needed on sales processes and deal submission
