EXUS is a software company specializing in credit risk management, digital transformation services, and innovation management. This is an excellent opportunity to represent our fast-growing company as a B2B Sales Agent. (contractor) In this role, you will be expected to work from home, meet with new clients online and have regular sales performance review meetings with the Marketing Project Manager.
You would be expected to be available Monday to Friday, for 4-5 hours per day.
The initial duration of the contract will be from 2 to 4 weeks. In case of successful collaboration, the contract will be renewed for a longer duration.
As a Sales Agent, you will be working closely with our Financial Suite Business Development Team, assisting its efforts through Lead Generation.
Role's Responsibilities
Use tools such as LinkedIn, PersistIQ, HubSpot, etc. to perform outbound and inbound sales activities
Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics of outbound calls, appointments set and opportunities creation
Answer incoming calls and emails in relation to sales questions. Research accounts to understand the customer's needs, perform effective follow-up, and create interest
Build a strong working and communication relationship with the sales, support, and marketing teams
Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize lead management
Interact with prospective clients via phone and email
Successfully overcome prospect objections
Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
Update lead and prospect interaction in HubSpot
Provide feedback to ensure continuous data integrity
You will receive training in the following Tools:
Persist IQ (launch campaigns)
HubSpot
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
You will also gain hands-on experience in Business Development and Lead Generation. This is a chance to become a member of a highly-motivated, diverse and multidisciplinary team, which embraces breakthrough thinking and creates technology that serves people.
Requirements
Positive and energetic calling skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
experience in outbound campaigns and/or Hubspot experience
2 years of experience in B2B Sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment
Results-oriented and familiar working with performance KPIs
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
Fluent in English
