You'll combine your creative writing skills with smart, data-driven strategy to build campaigns that don't just get opened-they get responses. \n\n₱45,000 - ₱55,000 a monthWhat You'll Do:Campaign Strategy & Copywriting:Dive deep into client websites and social media to understand their voice and ideal customer.Write and A/B test multiple variations of compelling email sequences (subject lines, body copy, and CTAs) that feel personal and avoid spam triggers.Lead & Campaign Management:Use tools like Apollo to build targeted lead lists and launch automated sequences.Manage the day-to-day operations of our cold outreach efforts.Performance & Optimization:Obsess over the data: track and analyze open, click, and response rates to find out what works and why.Proactively make adjustments to improve campaign performance.Share clear, weekly performance reports with clients to demonstrate ROI.Deliverability & Operations:Manage the email warm-up process for new accounts.Monitor domain health and sender reputation to ensure maximum deliverability. \nWhat We're Looking For (Qualifications):Proven experience in B2B cold email, demand generation, or a similar role where you wrote copy that generated responses.Exceptional email copywriting and editing skills, with a portfolio of samples you can share.A data-driven and analytical mindset; you're comfortable in spreadsheets and can draw insights from metrics.Familiarity with cold outreach tools (like Apollo,Smartlead, Outreach, or similar).Proactive, detail-oriented, and a fantastic communicator.You stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in cold outreach.
