Overview:
We are looking for a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative to provide voice and non-voice B2B lead generation services. This role will be responsible for contacting prospects via cold call appointment setting, LinkedIn Messages & email. The selected candidate will be reaching out to prospects on behalf of various US-based companies.
Requirements:
-2+ years of outbound voice sales or lead generation experience
- 3+ years of BPO experience
-Experience with maintaining CRM record of activity
-Knowledge of LinkedIn
-Strong written and verbal English proficiency
-Capability of understanding customers needs and answers questions in real-time
Responsibilities:
-Make cold appointment setting calls to list of contacts
-Deliver effective pitch from a script and adapt script as needed during the call
-Schedule appointment on Sales Executive calendar during the call
-Send LinkedIn follow-up messages using templates
-Send email follow-up messages using templates
