The , is the execution of our 24/7 salesman vision for every store. This complements the General Trade strategy to augment store class servicing through omni coverage - physical visit through distributor salesmen and digital visits through the . Main Accountabilities 1.Highly accountable for executing Unilever IC's retailer programs and growth in his/her territory via effective management of distributor teams and resources. 2.Should be well-versed in field/distributor operations as he/she will have to coordinate with Distributors and aid in retailer-driven programs. 3.Accountable for fast implementation of Unilever's retailer programs and Distributor's compliance to the said programs. 4.He/she should exemplify strong team leadership and team commitment skills, both from the field operations and working virtually, in order to drive excellent and honest execution in his/her own territory. 5.He/she should have an entrepreneurial mindset to analyze and provide strategic solutions for the situation of his/her area to help with problems on the ground or opportunities that the business can capitalize on.
