Our client is the first ever and leading solar comparison service. They provide end-to-end, hassle free solar comparison services across Australia.
Job Role
§ Identify new business opportunities and accounts
§ Set up appointments for us to discuss our services
§ Contact multiple companies and industries
§ Drive sales & growth within the regions of Australia,
§ Promote multiple product offerings to maximize sales
§ Establish and manage partner accounts
§ Build lasting relationships within multiple industries
§ Execute planned marketing initiatives and strategies
§ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
§ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
§ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
§ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
§ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
§ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
§ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
§ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
§ Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
§ Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs
Requirements
§ Has 2 years sales experience in business-to-business setting
§ 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Lead Specialist or related role
§ 2+ years of experience making B2B lead generation
§ Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
§ Proven sales track record
§ Experience in customer support is a plus
§ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
§ Proficiency in English
§ Market knowledge
§ Communication and negotiation skills
§ Ability to build rapport
§ Time management and planning skills
§ BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
§ Comfortable with cold calling
§ Proven abilities to handle objections and build rapport with every customer you speak to
§ Not become negative when rejected
§ Handled or worked with Australian companies in the past
Other Skills Requirements
§ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation communication skills
§ Strong time management skills
§ Strong relationship and human relations skills to build, maintain, and enhance relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
§ Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
§ Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and support internal team goals and external customers in a fast-paced environment
Work From Home Requirements
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
