AVP Talent Acquisition will act as the go to person to provide the relevant country level strategic guidance around best practices to be implemented for recruitment process. This role will fully understand the nature and detail of a portfolio of roles in each country, come with strategy and implement the same across the role requirements.
Strong data analytics skill sets, a thorough understanding of recruitment processes, and experience in managing small to large-scale projects will be essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and influence at a senior management level.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Global Leadership & COE teams to effectively understand & address talent and capability needs in the country.
Localize global talent strategies, Employer Branding & DEI Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning & Strategic Talent Acquisition programs
Offer an extraordinary candidate experience to all potential candidates. In partnership with the Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition leads, strategize ways to connect with talent and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, alumni, and resourcing campaigns.
Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the: Business Plan, changing external macroeconomic environment, competing Client needs with quality and no revenue loss to the business and within the functions or project's financial plan
Develop and monitor execution of TA project plan for all the businesses. Ability to translate business strategies into strategic capability development plans and pipeline development plans.
This role will drive successful talent attraction, lead generation, and lead management cycle to support roles in the Philippines.
Conduct quarterly performance appraisals, giving feedback on performance and expectations for the following quarter. Manage career growth and provide mentorship to the direct reportees.
Plan and administer the annual budget for TA
You will create annual and quarterly department goals.
Identify, engage, and activate passive senior talents using, LinkedIn and innovative search techniques for both current critical and longer-term talent needs.
Build and actively manage diverse talent pipelines. Nurture relationships with key talent pools, networking and sharing marketing content for efficient talent acquisition.
Managing effective communication across diverse business units and multiple levels related to process implementation/ execution and development activities - incl. budgets.
Managing communication on a cross functional level, Senior Leaders, and the Management
Diagnose internal and external risks.
· Drive regular meetings with country stakeholders to understand tactical challenges and provide strategic guidance via regional best practices.
· Develop data management practices to monitor in-scope hiring volumes.
· Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Straive, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
· Leverage tools to increase automation and accuracy in the recruitment process
Qualification:
· Minimum 15 years of HR experience required.
· Bachelor's Degree is required - Master strongly preferred.
· Proven experience in leading team and managing recruitment, selection, and talent processes across several business units and/or matrix organization.
· Experience in a fast-paced international company with large, complex workforce models. Background in high level HR strategy, change management and project management.
· Deep knowledge of the employee market in the Philippines.
· Demonstrate ability to build relationships in a global environment.
· Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills are essential.
· Willing and able to travel around the Philippines and internationally, when needed.
