Description
• Analyze customers' work packages and breakdown into estimated man-hours.
• Recommend Turn-Around-Time (TAT) considering factors such as aircraft age, possible delaying factor and critical paths.
• Do upkeep and utilization of man-hour database.
• Can actively communicate with customers during quotation progress, as needed.
• Able to discuss technical matters with Planning and Operations Department relating to the requested maintenance services.
• Can work on sales to meet customer RFP / RFQ requirements.
• Can work together with the Billing Section towards the direction of pricing with a more all-encompassing FFP (Fixed Package Price).
• Able to address billing concerns on what is the quoted scope per customer maintenance check.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Marketing and Sales Manager, Deputy General Manager or General Manager.

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
