Take command responsibility in the management of motor pool department;
Supervise mechanical maintenance in fabrication, installation, and repair tasks on machinery equipment, structure, and grounds conducted by the heavy equipment mechanics and operators.
Carrying out routine and emergency repairs and maintenance of equipment including pumps, valves. Motors and blowers.
Supervise installation, operation, maintenance of equipment.
Supervise installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
Keep maintenance records and prepare activity reports.
Recommends the most effective and efficient vehicle and equipment.
Evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer
Preferably with at least three (3) years working experience
Must be willing to travel to check the mechanical works in the project sites
Preferably with experience in heavy equipment and hydraulics repair
Must be Computer proficient
Demonstrates disciplined and organized work habits
Shares the vision and mission of the company, and demonstrates behavior consistent with the company's core values.
