Job Description
Application Development
Assists in conceptualizing the propose application or change in an existing system and identify areas that will be impacted.
Develops program codes and maintain high standards of software quality by implementing best practices in coding and AXA group security on applications being handled.
Executes unit test and coded UI testing in applications being developed
Participates in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
Conducts user training and assist users during the User Acceptance Test
Prepares requirements to deploy the application to production server.
Business Requirements
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans
Support and Maintenance
Provide user support (L3 Support) to applications maintained based on agreed SLA
Your Profile
Previous working experience with SharePoint is a must
Has configured out of the box feature implementation of SharePoint Online
Practical Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate
Experience in developing HTML layouts, CSS and JavaScript
Practical Knowledge Office 365 technologies
C# or other development (scripting) experience is a plus but not required
Graduate of B.S. Computer Science or related courses
Personal Characteristics/Behaviors
Ability to identify and resolve application errors, computer system malfunctions and operational problems.
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
Ability to provide technical training to end users
Skill in establishing priorities
