Job Description : Main Duties Identify opportunities for automation within warehouse processes Manage team for the maintenance of the automation equipment Contact point for vendor and regional team for automation equipment status and maintenance Job Description : Main Duties Identify opportunities for automation within warehouse processes Manage team for the maintenance of the automation equipment Contact point for vendor and regional team for automation equipment status and maintenance Understand the automation system and provide support and improvements to the system as required by Operations Training and advisory to ops department in warehouse for use and upkeep of the system Maintain budget for maintenance and spare parts Facilitate regular baseline checks on performance of system Responsibilities Meet the SLAindicators set for the automation system Pursue vendor(s) for improvements and maintenance of the system if it does not meet the KPIs set out by the contract Coordinate with vendor(s) for the maintenance and repair of components of the system Ensure all work is carried out in proper and safe manner Review of system periodically with team to ensure reliability Preventive maintenance scheduling for vendor or internal team Coordination of spare parts and inventory management Liaison for Regional Ops and local Ops team in MY for automation Requirements Mechatronics/Mechanical Degree 0-3 years of experience in a maintenance team working with automation equipment (industrial or e-commerce) Good people skills to facilitate conversations between vendor(s) and NVPH and Regional Ops.
