the Manager for Automations role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities related to the design/architecture, develop ment, and implementation of organizational information systems and software applications as assigned by the IT Director the Manager for Automations role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities related to the design/architecture, develop ment, and implementation of organizational information systems and software applications as assigned by the IT Director and VP of Information Technology. Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, coding skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her development team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems. Required: . Application Support and Development - PHP Web applications using the PHP, Laravel Framework, SharePoint, MS Forms, PowerApps, Power BI, MySQL and MS SQL Platforms. . RPA Development and Support - UIPath, Automation Anywhere. Server side and bot components such as Orchestrator, RPA attended and unattended bots. Costing of bot and server licenses. Solutions design and infrastructure alignment C# knowledge for UIPath and Python Knowledge for Automation Anywhere. . Cloud Deployment and Applications Infrastructure - Azure cloud deployment of applications with costing and systems design experience. . Productivity and Work Allocation Tools and Systems - Verint configuration management, support, and infrastructure experience. MS Excel VBA and Access development with maintenance. . Process, Methodologies, and Information Security - ITIL, Change and Release Management, Vulnerability and Penetration Testing result remediation (OWASP), Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall Development methodologies. Strong understanding of Objec t-Oriented applications development techniques and theories. . Reporting and Business Analytics - Knowledgeable with data warehousing and analysis tools such as Power BI and BI360. Preferred: . Work with minimum supervision . Capable to work within tight deadlines and ability to arrange timeline properly. . Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications . Principles of project management, time management and problem solving . Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders . Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
