We are seeking for the Automation Lead that will capture and understand the business processes and challenges.
You will be assessing the business processes and systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
Optimizing processes and tools
Building and integrating processes and information systems to meet the company's needs
Help in resolving technical problems as they arise. Work with corresponding support team/s to have a permanent fix.
Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current processes and technical solutions being implemented.
Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
Requirements
WHO ARE YOU?
Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field
Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
Experience on IT Strategy development
Experience on IT Optimization or Automation resulting to Cost Reduction
Project Management experience
Understanding of coding languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
Understanding and experience on Workflows
Understanding of current IT trends (API, Low-code, cloud computing, big data, social media, RPA, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
Experience in Retail or Finance is a plus
Excellent Problem Solver, ability to think outside the box
Strong communication skills and ability to influence and motivate others.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Good project management skils
Self-starter and ability to manage diverse personalities.
Ability to prioritize and ensure delivery of priorities.
