CAD DESIGNER / OPERATOR
• Prepare drawings and blueprints for industries such as buildings, construction, and manufacturing.
• Provide the guidelines and technical details of the product or structure that is being design and built.
• Preparation of list of drawing requirements to be assigned to team members to be completed on a given timeframe as required by the Client.
• Work with the whole team in the preparation of the major detailed design drawings of assigned projects based on the approved conceptual/schematic design package provided by the Immediate head and/or Client.
• Attend project coordination meeting with allied engineering discipline to ensure that the communication process within the group is clear and complete to progress the planned deliverables.
• Preparing of working drawings as per assigned projects for submission to the Immediate head and/or Client and ensure that all requirements are complied.
• Responsible in the preparation of presentation drawings such as exterior and interior perspectives as may be required by the Client Office for them to visualize the total development.
• Prepare area tabulation of assigned projects and make sure that all areas are consistent with the Client's data and the approved scheme design.
• Review all relevant codes, guidelines and parameters used in the architectural and engineering practice for National Building Code projects and apply them as required in the preparation of detailed design drawings.
• Other task may be assigned by the immediate head.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
