Here are the skill sets we are looking for - keep in mind we want a stellar AutoCAD Designer Rockstar so you MUST have this skill to be considered. 
At least 1 year Australian builder experience 
Knowledgeable of ResCode the BCA & Excellent construction knowledge for buildability and sequencing on site 
Expertise in using Autocad 
100% Instruction comprehension 
Willing to work in Makati or work from home set-up (requirement: strong, fast and unlimited internet connection)
What will be expected from you: 
Transform build concepts into well-designed models and plan sets 
Open to minor changes every now and then -- based on the standard designs (adjusting it depends on how the clients would like it) 
Comfortable on doing impulsive change, suggesting ideas and owning it
A can do attitude and the ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
