JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare & print detailed technical drawings for projects/relayout using AutoCAD software.
Conduct actual checking and update As-Built plans for the following system/discipline:
Civil/Structural
Architectural
Electrical System - Normal Power, Emergency Power Power System, Small Power, UPS
Auxiliary/Safety Related System - FDAS, BGM/PA, CCTV, Emergency Exit Door Alarm, Boom Barriers, Access Control & etc.
Mechanical System - Airconditioning System, CDA System, Vacuum System, Exhaust System
Fire Protection System
Plumbing/Sanitary System - Water Supply, Drainage, Ventilation
Other drawings related facilities operations and maintenance.
Other tasks that may be assigned
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
General Education Degree (GED) required or Vocational course. Minimum three years of AUTOCAD experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with a sense of urgency.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
Willing to follow 6-day work schedule, with rotating shift depending on business needs
Willing to report on client location in Calamba, Laguna
