Description
1. Perform daily inspection of the company properties such as machines, equipments, facilities and vehicles.
2. Ensure all machines and equipment are in good working condition at all times.
3. Reviews and analyzes vehicle performance, maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. Supervise and monitor the team during installation, repair and maintenance of the facilities.
5. Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
6. Oversee maintenance, sanitation and safety of the staff house and its facilities.
7. Monitor inventory of tools, supplies, materials and equipment.
8. Inspect regularly the machines and utilities of the VSDI Plant
9. Inspect the facilities daily to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
10. Report any accidents or injuries to the Administrative immediately.
11. Ensure health and safety policies are enforced and complied at all times.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Minimum education level: Vocational
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Word, Numbers, Construction, Initiative, Problem Solving, Teamwork
