AUSTRALIAN (AU) BOOKKEEPER
 
Job Descriptions:
Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain accurate financial records
Provide support for finance reporting and analysis
Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocation and posting transactions including posting of sales among different group of companies
Develops a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures
Property tax processing in-charge
Performs other related tasks that may be required by the Management from time to time
Strong approach with the decision making if needed
Team player and has strong attention to details
Making sure to treat tasks/ assignments all confidential matter
Able to multi-task
Job Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of bachelor's degree in accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Business Management and/or Financial Management in a reputable colleges and universities
Australian bookkeeping is a must.
With at least 3-5 working experience in Bookkeeping, Taxation, Accounting and Government Compliance
Express excellent both written and verbal in a clear and concise manner
Can work with less supervisions.
Highly knowledgeable with MS Office and Google suites functions, Xero and/or MYOB
Salary Range: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000.00
