Job Position: System/Process Auditor
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
• Performs system and process audit in various sites of the company.
• Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit results and reporting to management team.
• Analyzes audit results and formulates recommendation for continual improvement of business operations.
• Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs, conducting follow-up audits, and recommending new policies and procedures.
• Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Preferably Engineering Graduate (IE, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related course).
• At least 1-year work experience in a manufacturing set-up in a similar role.
• ISO 9001 internal auditor training is an advantage but not required.
• With sufficient knowledge in auditing, writing audit reports and presenting audit results to management team in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Attention to Detail.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Can work with minimum supervision.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
