THE OPPORTUNITY: AUDITOR/TRAINER/SME
The primary function of the night shift SME/Trainer is to conduct the training program and provide subject matter expertise support for the night shift. The night shift trainer will initially focus on OASIS and MRS training, with additional disciplines to be incorporated into the role over time.
WHAT IT TAKES
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Radiologic Therapy, Pharmacy, Biology or other Medical Allied Health courses
With active PRC license a plus
Proven experience in ICD9/10 coding & CPT code
Must be analytically inclined and detailed-oriented
AAPC Member (Certified Professional Coder)
Experience/knowledge on Oasis
Proven experience in home health coding
Willing to work onsite (IT Park, Cebu City)
