About The Role
As an Auditor, or as we call them at BSI a Client Manager, you will carry out assessments of client's Management Systems to ensure that they meet the requirements of International Standards such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001 and other standards where appropriately trained.
How You Will Contribute
You will conduct an assessment or audit in accordance with the standards and relevant specifications so that the client will achieve, continue to meet, and if the client wishes, ultimately exceed their scheme requirements.
Aside from auditing, you will deliver public training courses and in-house training solutions and will ensure that value is added to customers and their business through the delivery of these courses.
You will provide assistance with the design of training solutions and support course development in line with the new course and existing product development process.
What You Will Bring
Knowledge/relevant certification in Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Health and Safety (ISO 45001) Standards is required.
Qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience in Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000), Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000), Business Continuity (ISO 22301), Information Technology Service Management (ISO/IEC 20000), and Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001) is preferred.
Excellent presentation skills, able to present assessment findings professionally and effectively, often through formal stand-up presentation to a group of senior managers
Strong written communication skills, able to formulate clear, concise, and professional reports, explaining technical issues, within required timeframes. Effective communication through the written word is essential.
Ability to design and develop training courses and materials to meet specific aims
