AUDIT SUPERVISOR
 
Job Description 
 
The Audit Officer is a specialist who will review the accounts of the company to ensure the validity and  legality of its financial records through examining, verifying, evaluating and reporting on financial,  operational and managerial processes, systems and outcomes.  
 
Essential Functions 
Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation; 
Ensure compliance and enforcing adherence to legal requirements and advising management on  needed actions; 
Verify assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation; 
Complete audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings; 
Communicate audit findings by preparing reports and discussing findings with other audit  officers; 
Prepare special audit and control reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing operating  information and trends; 
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  
Qualifications 
Must possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field  
Proven experience as an Audit Officer in a Food Manufacturing Company for at least 2 years
Knowledge in legal compliance and corporate finance 
Excellent documentation and presentation skills, keen attention to detail and thoroughness
Skilled in use of Financial Software
