BOOKKEEPER
 
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Monitor compliance of BIR, SEC, LGU reportorial requirements such as but not limited to MONTHLY, QUARTERLY and ANNUAL filing to BIR, and YEARLY LGU permits.
Analyze the transactions for proper recording and reporting to financial statement
Review validity of supporting documents of claim and payments
Monitor Store compliance per BIR, LGU/CITY requirements
Monitor BIR Rules and Regulations and City/LGU Ordinances and its implementation
Assist Audit Manager for Annual Financial Audit as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Management
2 years of bookkeeping experience
BIR filing experience is a must
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
Organized, efficient and takes initiative
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Knowledgeable of BIR Rules and Regulations, City/LGU Ordinances
You have excellent communication skills
