Is currently looking for:
 
AUDIT STAFF
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and/or other related courses in a reputable colleges and universities
With at least two (2) years of extensive internal audit experience is required for this position
Preferably has an experience in audit fieldwork
Having experience in payroll audit is a plus
Knows how to drive a vehicle is an advantage but not required
With good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS applications particularly in Excel or Spreadsheets
Ability to do multi-task, can work with less supervision, can pay attention to details and maintains confidentiality
Willing to travel and do audit fieldwork
Willing to work overtime if needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts regular audit review on Company’s inventory, sales, operational, and cash management.
Conducts physical inventory in all Company’s asset as prescribed in the audit plan.
Identifies possible weak internal controls and recommend improvements and risk aversion measures
Checks and verifies all purchase requisition, company funds for replenishment, company expenses, and  liquidation report prior to process by Accounting
Checks and verifies payroll documents of all employees of Aznar Group of Companies every cut-off period for payroll processing.
Monitors and inputs all purchase requisitions, fuel consumption and bunkering reports of each vessel, and inventory movements into the system.
Discusses and submits  audit reports to Audit Manager
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Prepares audit inquiry and notification memos on affected personnel or Auditee.
Reports directly to Audit Manager any noted findings and irregularities observed during audit visit.
Conducts inspections of all vessels and warehouses to ensure company policies, procedures, regulations, and adherence to cleanliness are correctly followed and complied with.
Ensures that all company assets are safeguarded.
Performs other related tasks that may be required by the Audit Manager as well as Management from time to time
