Description
1. Performs audit activities in company's outlet operational activities on daily sales, product and supplies inventories;
2. Performs weekly audit activities in inter - department and company owned outlets regarding petty cash vouchers;
3. Encodes and monitors daily sales report and consolidates organization's system for any discrepancies;
4. Conducts regular and timely cash audit inventory count;
5. Monitors and maintains outlet documents such as daily sales report, senior citizen forms, transmittal forms, remittance forms, and commission slip form;
6. Performs ad hoc audit activities in operations audit verification and accuracy of data;
7. Conducts company orientation to newly hired outlet ambassadors regarding audit department;
8. Process gift checks and monitors and checks the accuracy of released gift checks in the system;
9. Prepares weekly reports regarding audit activities in company owned outlets;
10. Prepares documentations and reports regarding audit operations and communicates audit findings to management;
11. Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. A graduate of accountancy, AB mathematics, commerce, banking and finance, business management or any related courses;
2. Preferably with at least one (1) year experience as an auditor in a corporate environment or equivalent professional practice;
3. Proficient in basic computer programs(word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);
4. Proficient in written and communication skills;
5. Excellent decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
6. Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
7. Self-motivated and hardworking;
8. High credible and trustworthy;
9. Strict in implementing of rules, regulations, and policies
10. Positive personal values and strong work ethic.
