The Audit Officer is responsible for providing an independent, objective assurance and financial checking activities designed to add value and improve the operations of the various business units. It helps the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.
The Audit Officer operates under the policies established by the Board of Directors and is ultimately responsible to the Board for its activities. He/She is however tasked with giving an objective assessment as to whether internal control systems established by Management are adequate, reliable and effective and reviewing the integrity and reliability of financial and operating information and the means used to identify, measure, classify and report such information.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in BS in Accountancy course;
Preferably licensed;
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Required Skill(s): Integrity, Accounting, organized, planning, flexible, can handle stress, result oriented, can work autonomously.
