The Audit Manager is responsible for organizing and managing internal financial audits in accordance to audit plans. The responsibilities include overseeing the process of audits, making recommendations and enhancement on existing policies and make sure they are current, adequate, functional and must meet the standards established by the Company.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.     Coordinating and developing financial auditing processes 
2.     Developing and implementing policies and procedures
3.     Supervising and conducting internal audits of bank records and transactions
4.     Submit monthly/quarterly/annual audit reports on the covered business units 
5.     Conducting investigations and determine causes of irregularities and errors
6.     Drafting recommendations on corrective measures
7.     Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to Management
8.     Other tasks that may be assigned by the Department Director
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
·       A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 
·       Must have a professional license as a Certified Public Accountant
·       At least five (5) years experience in Audit practice
·       Must be knowledgeable in ERP Systems
·       Excellent decision-making skills
·       Has the ability to work on tight deadlines and must be results-driven
·       Loves to work in a fast paced environment
·       A background in mixed use or commercial real estate property / food and beverage industry / printing services is an advantage
