Job Description
Co-leads the design and implementation of audit procedures throughout the organization and brings new and creative ideas to improve audit quality and efficiency of operations. The Audit Manager trains, mentors and motivates staff, and provides regular updates to management.
The Manager is expected to perform the audit function in accordance with the definition of Internal Auditing, IIA's Code of Ethics and the Standards.
Obtains guidance/direction from IA Director
Directs and guides Senior Specialists in the discharge of their function i.e.,
as Lead Auditor, effectively coaching assignment auditors all throughout the
Shares knowledge & expertise and assists peers in the completion of their review/job assignment
Collaborates with peers in the discharge of other audit function
Assists the Director in developing and/or refining department's strategies and guides the Senior Specialists in the implementation thereof.
Promotes commitment and leads planned non-audit activities (e.g., activities related to TGW/ICSAT, IA town hall & team building, employees events & general assemblies, 5S, etc.)
