Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Provide significant support to the Directors and Head of Internal Audit in the achievement of IA's functional objectives, as per mandate of the Internal Audit Charter of the Audit Committee of the Board and in accordance with IIA Standards. A. Provide assurance on, and identifying opportunities for improvement in, processes and controls governing: All aspects of the business / operations Business and IT systems and processes B. 100% delivery of the approved Annual Work Plan, on an assignment basis C. Provide value adding consultative / advisory services within Globe and across subsidiaries, as required. Specific Duties: - Leads and carries-out out audit engagements/job assignment in accordance with IIA Standards - Directs and guides Senior Specialists in the discharge of their function; i.e., as Lead Auditor, effectively coaching assignment auditors all throughout the review/audit engagement and manages the day to day logistics of the review/audit job. - Shares knowledge & expertise and assists peers in the completion of their review/job assignment - Collaborates with peers in the discharge of other audit function - Assists the Director in developing and/or refining divisions' workplan, strategies and guides the Senior Specialists in the implementation thereof. - Assists the Director in the Annual Planning, other audit activities - Cultivates and maintains strong and effective working relationships with peers and clients please refer to the 3D role profile of IA Operations Manager for the details Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
