AUDIT MANAGER
QUALIFICATION
 
Education and Work Experience:
Graduate, Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
At least 2 years experience in management capacity for an Audit Department
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee -coaching skills
Ability to treat information with confidentiality
Can serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team in providing overall company leadership and direction
Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and MS Office Applications
General knowledge of employment laws and practices
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Manages the overall Audit Department. The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for reporting financial information and ensuring that monetarily, the company is run efficiently. Ensures that financial records are kept accurately and checks for mismanagement, waste or fraud. He/she supervises and assigns work to the Internal Audit staff. The audit manager Oversees Finance, Sales & Compliance and Inventory Audit.
