Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other relevant certification preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal auditing, with a comprehensive understanding of banking operations.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including risk management frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage audit teams effectively.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in audit management software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
