Description
Audit Assistant
Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, reports and data on the following items below:
• INVENTORY
• ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
• OFFICE SUPPLIES
• OTHER ASSETS
• ACCOUNTS PAYABLES
• CASH DISBURSEMENT
• WEEKLY BUDGET
• PAYROLL (PROJECT BASED, PROBATIONARY, REGULAR and TRAINEE/ONCALL)
Prepares audit findings on Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Office Supplies, other Assets, Accounts Payables, Cash Disbursement, Weekly Budget, and Payroll (PROJECT BASED, PROBATIONARY, REGULAR and TRAINEE/ONCALL)
Assist Audit Supervisor on all audit process.
Weekly auditing of Bad Orders Item.
Conduct surprise audit to each department.
Conduct Actual Monthly Physical Inventory
Qualification:
• Accountancy Graduate or any related
• CPA License is an advantage
• Must be keen to details
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
