Description
-Performs audit activities in company's outlet operational activities on daily sales, product and supplies inventories;
-Performs weekly audit activities in inter - department and company owned outlets regarding petty cash vouchers;
-Encodes and monitors daily sales report and consolidates organization's system for any discrepancies;
-Conducts regular and timely cash audit inventory count;
-Monitors and maintains outlet documents such as daily sales report, senior citizen forms, transmittal forms, remittance forms, and commission slip form;
-Performs ad hoc audit activities in operations audit verification and accuracy of data;
-Conducts company orientation to newly hired outlet ambassadors regarding audit department;
-Process gift checks and monitors and checks the accuracy of released gift checks in the system;
-Prepares weekly reports regarding audit activities in company owned outlets;
-Prepares documentations and reports regarding audit operations and communicates audit findings to management;
-Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
-A graduate of accountancy, commerce, banking and finance, business management or any related courses;
-Preferably with at least one (1) year experience as an auditor in a corporate environment or equivalent professional practice;
-Proficient in basic computer programs(word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);
-Proficient in written and communication skills;
-Excellent decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
-Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
-Self-motivated and hardworking;
-High credible and trustworthy;
-Strict in implementing of rules, regulations, and policies
-Positive personal values and strong work ethic.
