AU Lead Estimator

As an AU Lead Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in our success. You'll oversee the entire estimating process, ensuring accurate and timely cost estimates for our projects. Your leadership and expertise will drive our ability to win new business and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Accurate Cost Estimation: Coordinate the estimation process from start to finish, ensuring accurate cost breakdowns for residential and commercial projects.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor Junior Estimators, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their development.
Client Collaboration: Liaise with clients and consultants to gather information and build strong relationships.
Tender Management: Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Business Development: Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in estimating for construction projects
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
Experience with estimating software (e.g., M/S Project, CHEOPS Buildsoft)
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE
