CLIENT Bank reconciliation - some clients are on weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly upon preparation of BAS. Payroll -weekly, monthly, and quarterly (manual calculation)
Superannuation - processing of auto super is quarterly. IAS - monthly BAS Report -monthly and quarterly.
Hubdoc - some clients use this software (creditors processing) Sending of invoices - weekly and monthly for 2 clients only Other Ad hoc tasks
BOOKS Bank reconciliation - every day, manage Harvest, recording of sales invoices and bills when necessary. Payroll - Fortnightly
Suspense Report - weekly Supplier Invoice Report - weekly Management Report - monthly
BAS Report - Quarterly Xero Workpaper pack - annually Other Ad hoc Tasks
