AU Accountant
Job Description:
• Process client's day-to-day transactions.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Bills/Invoice processing
• Aged Payables/Receivables
• Payroll Processing
• Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS's)
• Installment Activity Statements (IAS's).
• Reconciliation
• Yearend Accounts
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Manage the flow of information between clients and the firm.
• Enter data into the online system.
• Update system to reflect machines' movement, including machines Serial Numbers and delivery.
• Process Warranties and Predelivery Inspections.
• Manage & oversee administrative processes as advised by managers.
• General operations tasks and projects as requested.
• Ensure that all work is error-free and professionally presented.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related.
• At least 1 year of experience in Australian accounting/bookkeeping.
• Has experience in using Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, XPM.
• Strong Excel skills, including report production.
• Receptive to training and coaching.
• Strong attention to details and high analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Trustworthy in managing confidential information.
