JOB DESCRIPTION
Asst Mall Manager works with the Senior Manager to organize, plan and implement strategies. They also coordinate mall operations and ensure to meet objectives. Their responsibilities include directing staff, collecting fees, solving complaints, overseeing maintenance, preparing financial reports, updating records, negotiating contracts, and approving marketing campaigns.

JOB QUALIFICATION
At least 3 years Managerial experience in the same industry or related
Experience in mall operations/ leasing of commercial properties
College Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree Course in Management, Marketing or related
Must possess leadership, communication, organizational & interpersonal skills, strategic thinking
Good in negotiations, customer relations, sales & marketing
Can effectively & efficiently manage and lead teams towards goals & targets
Must also be adept in using the computer, programs & applications used in tracking financials & other reports
Willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
Can start immediately
