SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Associate Technical Trainer role aims to understand, communicate, test and review the various technical specifications defined by the Cell Manufacturing Operation teams to new and recertifying operators and technicians. They will coordinate with the various teams for the scheduling and monitoring of pertinent reviews and certifications to ensure strict compliance to manufacturing and engineering procedures. This role will report to the Technical Training Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Procedural/ Certification Functions
Provide process training and evaluation to all newly hired DLs and IDLs (Technicians and Engineers)
Provide cross process training and evaluation to all DLs
Provide process certification and recertification to all DLs and IDLs (Technicians)
General Training Functions
Responsible for full implementation of the quarterly training calendar (Technical and PVTI courses)
Create or/ and update Process Training Manuals
Responsible for the quarterly recertification schedule and exam of all DLs and Technicians
Responsible for weekly feedback of Level 1 training evaluation
Responsible for quarterly update of certification records of DLs and Technicians
Assist in reviewing the training roadmap.
Perform other related task that may be assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum requirements
Vocational/ Technology degree graduate
Minimum of 3-5yrs related experience
MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills
Preferred requirements
Knowledge in Cell Manufacturing
