Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
Set specific customer service standards
Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team's productivity
Manage the team and help with in with the growth path
Identifying the process improvements which can improve the overall experience for an end-user
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
Lean Six Sigma certified
Experience in handling a voice/call-center setup environment for Service desk
Knowledge on ITIL concepts
Knows who to collaborate with Level 2 support for process improvement
Understand SLAs and KPIs in Service Desk operation
Previously handled a team as a supervisor
Previously trains and coach analyst and leads
