Your Role and Responsibilities
Specializes in installing, maintaining and upgrading internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing products.
Controls user access and passwords.
Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
Monitors usage and performance.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum years of experience: 2 - 3 years of technical experience specific to VMware support
Implement VM Infrastructure, Perform maintenance and recommend infrastructure solution.
Familiar and able to support the following VMware Tools (Horizon, vRealize, vROPS, LogInsight, vSphere).
Good communication Skills and able to maintain system documentation.
Good to have scripting skills and powercli skills.
Established experience in ESXi Server Installation and other VMware Tools and familiar with components such as (vROPs, Log Insight, SRM, vRealize, vReplication, Horizoview)
Demonstrable experience in Install / Upgrade Esxi platform environment
Experience in applying Security and vulnerability remediation in a VMware Virtualized Environment and proficient in controlling administrator rights on VM Infrastructure.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience with Redhat Openshift
VMware to cloud migration
Power CLI scripting
ActiveDirectory
Basic Windows and AIX
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
