TECHNICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, conducts, and monitors BIO related testing activities to manage product and environmental testing requirements.
Prepares, revises or updates, and registers quality management system documents related to QA Bio operations and processes.
Reports to immediate head regarding the results or updates on outcomes of BIO process and activities.
Evaluates audit findings, conducts analysis and investigation to determine root cause of nonconformities related to BIO process. Issues NCR to issues related to bio process nonconformities.
Collects and compiles data and information on period and routine testing that will be used for statistical analysis basis to establish alert, action and limit levels of some bio related testing and checking activities.
Reviews monitoring, check or test records BIO process.
Supports on-site audits conducted by external providers and/or internal audits.
Coordinates with external service provider related to BIO processes and pest control.
Reviews and assesses external documents such as regulations, standards, and laws related to BIO process.
Conducts training (general and new hire) to employees regarding QMS related documents of BIO processes.
