Act as the main point of contact for hiring at onsemi Tarlac
Oversee the entire hiring process, from requisition approval to onboarding
Develop innovative, creative and proactive recruiting/sourcing strategies to deliver headcount requirements within cycle time
Act as a Consultant to Hiring Managers on headcount planning and analysis
Identify improvement initiatives to provide customer satisfaction and excellent candidate experience
Effectively build and engage with talent communities through various channels
Develop, coordinate and implement community-based recruiting initiatives with universities, local community organizations, etc.
Provide recruiting support to other countries/sites whenever necessary
Organize and support branding activities to establish a recognizable "Employer of Choice" reputation for the company
Other duties as may be deemed appropriate or necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business or related field
Preferably with at least 3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience (up to onboarding) in a similar industry
Experience in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be advantageous
Confident and can deal with people in various levels within the organization
With great interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Can work under pressure to meet established goals and objectives
Flexible and willing to support hiring needs of other sites/countries, as needed
Preferably with experience in processing high volume and technical requirements
Proficient in MS Excel, social media and other sourcing platforms
Inquisitive, resourceful, strategic and passionate about continuous improvement
