QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience with exposure to e-commerce / retail / industrial / operations / engineering projects
- Track record of successful project implementation is required
- Previous corporate/consulting/banking/operations background is preferred
- Strong data analysis skills and high proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong communication ability, especially in simplifying and explaining complex concepts
- Entrepreneurial drive, strong project management experience and analytical skills
- Highly capable of handling multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet short deadlines
